Our highly secure internal messaging system ensures confidential messages are kept safe. Communications are kept secure in the system by using the same server that your Online Accounts profile is hosted. In addition, your users are able to log in remotely from their laptop to see their messages. One of the key features of the system is that messages do not have to go through multiple servers like traditional email accounts.

Online Accounts can also provide you with our security device known as Busivault (a unique pass code device) allowing you to send a confidential message requiring the recipient to verify their identity. The recipient verifies their identity by using their Busivault device to display their one-time code, entering that code into the system; the system will then unlock the message for the recipient to read.

The system also has options for sending secure messages; users can send messages that self delete after a fix time, block the recipient from copying, printing, sending the message. Deleted messages are removed from the hard drive and the file is over written in the system.
