Providing electronic document management services to clients is easy! You are able to seamlessly add documents, place titles, create folders, make drawers and cabinets to store files in. Managing your client’s documents digitally means that you can link relevant documents to accounting entries.

Clients are able to upload any documents to the system by scanning documents to their dropbox. The documents can be easily accessed from your office, and processed in real time so clients can view their well organised online filing cabinet. Clients can also upload their documents to preset FTP accounts in iFile Cabinet. In addition, the system can automatically retrieve document attachments sent to email ID's that you have setup in the system.

iFile Cabinet also lets multiple office clerks/ assistants simultaneously manage clients electronic filing cabinet, and process all incoming documents.
