Online Accounts helps you to provide a variety of accounting services to your clients by safely sharing their accounting information with multiple users. The system gives you the ability to digitally sign or authorize any accounting document or entry, from anywhere.

When you digitally sign any financial statements for your clients on their system, it will disable their ability to make changes. The underlying accounting entries or any attached documents that were used when you signed off on the financial statements will be lock from making changes.

Your employee`s can use their digital signature for all the work they are doing on clients behalf. They will also be offered the same protection of locking the accounting entries.

Within Online Accounts you have the option to view who has digitally signed which documents, and which accounting entries. This page will also have its own restrictions to those who need to be able to access it (Management/ Owners, Practice Partners).
